Earth – ecological material

Erecting buildings from rammed earth has no impact on the destruction of the environment, deforestation, use of water or the emission of greenhouse gasses. Earth is the most ecological building material. Its acquisition is ecologically friendly, takes place a minimal use of energy and with no chemical substances. The omission of industrial processes means that its treatment for adaptation for building requirements is a small invasion in the environment.

Thanks to the total biodegradability of`earth rubble`, or unused material during the building process, it is not a difficult waste material and may be re-used for building or return to its natural state, e.g. used on the plot. The positive influence of walls made of earth on the microclimate means that there is no need to use mechanical air conditioners which require additional electrical energy.
